Paper Crafts magazine has a new book designed to help scrapbookers take inspiration from their pages to make unique cards. The book is called “Scrapbook to Cards“.
This one-of-a-kind book teaches you how to find card-making inspiration from your scrapbook pages by looking at the theme, color, words, and techniques used on your layouts. Scrapbook to Cards also shows you how to use photos from your scrapbooks on cards in innovative ways, as well as ideas for maximizing your supplies which helps you stretch you budget and your ideas!
November 1st, 2006 — Papercrafting

This is something unique from Urban Lily. It’s called the Sugar Cube, made of naked chipboard that folds to a cube approximately 2 1/2 inches per side. You can decorate this inside and out for a total of 12 scrappable surfaces. Tie it closed with ribbon for a displayable keepsake. Below is an example of what you can make with it. I’m also imagining Christmas tree ornaments with little surprises or photos inside!

These Decor Boardz from Junkitz allows paper crafters to go beyond scrapbook pages. These come in 2 sizes: large (10×12) and small (8×8). Each board has four pre-punched holes for combining 2 or more boards together. You can paint them, ink them, cover them with paper or do whatever you want.
