Have you noticed? Paper Goodness is completely new!
So why the change?
While I’ve enjoyed looking for and sharing the scrapbooking goodness that has been the focus of this site since the beginning, I have also realized that it’s not just the pretty papers that I love about this hobby! So, if you look around, you’ll see that we’re celebrating not just the goodies, but the design process, the friendships, and the pages as well. I do hope you like this new version. It’s exciting for me, and I hope it will be for you too.

Hi folks!
I’m in the process of completely revamping Paper Goodness. While I realize that posting has been extremely infrequent lately, rest assured that I have not forgotten this site. I am currently working on something new, which I hope you will love. 
The old Paper Goodness will still be there, with the most wonderful scrapbooking goodies I can find. But there will also be something else, something new, and I hope something pretty exciting for you. So please bear with me while I set up the new site.
Paper Goodness is Expanding

After spending some time thinking about the direction I wanted this blog to go, I decided to expand the topics I will cover here.
In addition to the lovely scrapbooking products that have always been the star here, I will also post information about scrapbooking events, inspiration, tips and so forth. In other words, Paper Goodness will now celebrate both the products we love and how we use them! I hope that with this change, you’ll find this site to be a better resource for scrapbooking and papercrafting.

Off Topic: Using Slide

As I post photos of more and more products, I find that using Slide makes it so much easier. Some of you have also said that they like this format, so I’ll continue using it as needed.
If you want to look at the products more closely and at your own pace, you can click on the link “View All Images” to look at them on Slide.com. But, don’t forget to come back here, and talk about your favorites! And, also, be sure to visit the manufacturer’s websites because they have the goodies right there, plus inspiration for making your own pages with their products.

Sorry, I don’t have a blog, but I LOVE Prima flowers. I discovered them when I was doing an album for my sister on her wedding. I got a bottle of purple flowers and they have lasted forever! I use them on everything! (They are the little ones).

Back from Vacation

You’ve probably not noticed, but I’ve been gone for 6 days for a good computer-free fun-filled trip to Disney World. 
It was such a blast, going with 4 preschool kids in all. I’m still tired, but it was a great trip!
The posts you’ve seen the past days were all posted in advance, and I have my sister to thank for moderating comments and generally just watching over the blog. Now that I’m back (and as I recover LOL), I’ll be posting more new products from various manufacturers. No Scenic Route items for a while, though they’re really lovely. I’m sure you want to see what other companies have to offer. Remember, CHA just concluded so there’s lots of stuff to see!
Oh, and to the winners of Giveaway #2 (Imelda and Michelle), I’m sorry I wasn’t able to send out your goodies before I left. That’s definitely on my priority list. You’ll get them soon!

To continue the one-year anniversary celebrations here at Paper Goodness, I’m giving away some more goodies. This time around, there will be 2 winners.
The first winner will get a set of beautiful ribbons, similar to the first giveaway.
There are exactly the same number of ribbons in this pack as in the first. More than 60 beautiful ribbons, each approximately 12 inches long, will be given away to one reader. Most of these ribbons are by American Crafts, with a few thrown in from Doodlebug Design. With the exception of a few pieces, this set has different designs from the first one. So don’t despair if you didn’t win the last time. You still have a chance!

Paper Goodness Anniversary Giveaway

This month, July 2007, Paper Goodness turns one year old!
My very first post was on July 19, 2006. I can’t believe it’s been a year already. I’ve featured hundreds of products here on the blog (and there are still thousands more to talk about!). It’s been so much fun finding the latest and best in scrapbooking, from patterned papers, ribbons, stamps, kits, albums, and so much more!
To celebrate, I’m giving away these beautiful ribbons to one reader!
There are more than 60 ribbons in this prize. Each piece is approximately 12 inches long, so that amounts to more than 60 feet of yummy, ribbony goodness! With only 2 or 3 lengths that are duplicates, the pack contains approximately 60 different designs. Most are by American Crafts; a few are from Doodlebug Design. You’ll be able to find coordinating pieces to use on your scrapbook pages. And believe me, you’ll be able to embellish a whole stack of pages with all these ribbons.
If you would like these ribbons, here’s how to get included in the drawing:

Paper Goodness is nearing it’s one-year anniversary. I figured it’s time for a change so this blog is now sporting a new look! I hope you noticed. 
And I really hope you like it.
This is the Copyblogger theme for Wordpress by Chris Pearson. I just want to give a shout out to Chris for the clean design and cool features of this theme. If you want to get it for your blog, you can get it here.
