Posh Designs Scrapbook Store is seeking new members to proudly represent our store! Starting July 31st thru August 31st 2009 we will be accepting Design Team submissions. You may apply by contacting us at info@poshscrapbookstore.com
At this time we are unable to consider International applicants (excluding US), however, you may submit to all our site contests & challenges.

Requirements for September – February 6 month term:

1. Create unique and creative scrapbook layouts, cards, and other altered projects with the use of products found in our store.

2. Only scrapbookers who have the time to create at least 3 layouts or project per month with the use of products found in our store should apply for a design team position. All projects must include step by step instructions, a material list and good clear images. Additional layouts or projects may be suggested but are only optional.

3. During this DT call your presence in the Forum is crucial, since the flow of a board is greatly determined by the activity and connection of the DT members to our registered board members. We do not like to set a minimum number of posts in the forum but just know if chatting in the forum and communication is not one of your strong points then this call may not be for you. Communication with forum members and other DT members is highly and strongly encouraged during this term.

4. You must place at least one order per month at your own discretion during your term with us.

5. All DT members are required to be a registered member of our forum and post as much as possible each day. Starting threads and answering thread are a must as well as leaving praise in the gallery for our members and your fellow DT.

6. DT members are required to proudly promote Posh Designs Scrapbook Store wherever and whenever allowed without breaking rules on other sites. A Posh Designs Scrapbook Store DT blinkie will be provided and required on your profile page over at the forum and again anywhere else without breaking any rules on other sites. Updating and showcasing items on your personal blog, if you have one, is a wonderful way to not only promote Posh Designs Scrapbook Store but you as a designer!

7. Communication with management is essential to a successful design team and website.

8. Each DT member will be asked to review and sign a contract, which at that time if they feel that they cannot commit may pass on the Design Team position. The contract has details regarding positions that may not be listed.

9. Design Team members will receive a 20% discount in the store during their contracted time.

10. You are free to work for additional design teams although promotion of other competitors on any of our sites will NOT be tolerated.

Please attach three of your favorite scrapbook layouts or projects (mini albums, cards, tags, etc.). At least two of these must be traditional scrapbook pages or projects, the third may be digital/hybrid if desired.
Be sure to answer the following questions:

•How long have you been scrapbooking?
•How do you describe your scrapping style?
Once chosen, members are responsible to submit a mini biography followed by a photo.
