You can put tools and materials (to complete several layouts) into the stow compartments and take a loaded All My Memories Tote-ally Cool Tote along which fits perfectly into the top right-hand compartment shown in the photos once the table is opened. This space isn’t large enough for the Lazy Susan feature of the Tote-ally Cool tote to work properly but that’s not a problem for me. A paper trimmer fits into the bottom left-hand compartment and a stack of 12 x 12 paper and cardstock fits in the bottom right-hand compartment in the photo. The other compartments can hold items used on most layouts, i.e. scissors, adhesives, corner rounder and the embellishments needed to complete your pages-in-progress. You can comfortably work on a single 12 x 12 layout or two smaller layouts in the large center section. A second 12 x 12 layout can be placed over the papers in the paper storage compartment to view both pages at the same time of a two-page spread.
The table is ideal to work at while sitting in a standard height chair but too short for those who like to stand up to do their work (if over about 5′).
