Welcome to Paper Goodness v. 3!

By

 PG-version3

Have you noticed? Paper Goodness is completely new!

So why the change?

While I’ve enjoyed looking for and sharing the scrapbooking goodness that has been the focus of this site since the beginning, I have also realized that it’s not just the pretty papers that I love about this hobby! So, if you look around, you’ll see that we’re celebrating not just the goodies, but the design process, the friendships, and the pages as well. I do hope you like this new version. It’s exciting for me, and I hope it will be for you too.

A Bit of History

I want to preserve a little bit of the history of this site (after all preserving memories is one of the joys of scrapbooking!). So I’m going to go back in history a little bit.

I know I said this was going to be version 2. But as I was working on the new site, I remembered that this is the 3rd time I changed the look of Paper Goodness. Long-time visitors may remember the old header:

And then, version 2 was this:

So, this new one is version 3! I think I’ll scrapbook these changes one of these days. :)

What’s New

There are a lot of new things to see! There are new categories that I hope will help you enjoy your scrapbooking more, become a better photographer, share your layouts and maybe even win some goodies. There will always be a featured video on the sidebar. The home page will now feature specific posts. But if you miss the old blog format, that is still available.

So, go ahead, take a look around. For starters, you might want to read the About page. Then, feel free to go where your heart leads you. If you do see some bugs lurking around, please let me know through the comments or by email (papergirl at papergoodness dot com).

Have fun!

  3. Pam Atkinson says:

I am new to scrapbooking – my children (step) never did a baby book for my 4 grandchildren. I thought what a special way to let them enjoy the memories. I know my pages will get better with time. As I am looking thru the finished books my heart is filled with joy and saddness for how fast our little ones grow up. They will all always be Mama’s and Nana’s babies.
